Founded in 2016 by three University of Limerick students - Chris Kelly, Fionn Barron, and Eoin O'Brien.  

Tracworx helps businesses manage their assets throughout the supply chain by providing digital infrastructure and real-time tracking data. 

Fionn shares the fascinating evolution of Tracworx, including how the team made the critical decision to pivot away from their original business model during the COVID-19 pandemic. He reflects on the lessons learned, how listening to market feedback reshaped their vision, and why that pivot ultimately unlocked greater opportunities and long-term impact.
