I'm swimming at the base of a waterfall, when something emerges from a cave, and something even more surprising comes from the sky..

This week, the Garuda, a giant bird-like creature from Hindu mythology swoops in and makes an appearance and inspires me to talk about the role of a support. You might recognize this as a common video game role, and I both go there as well as use it to examine how our society functions, how we define leadership, and a way forward to make supporting others better for all of us.
