🔥 Learn the Skill of Feeling for Deep Emotional Awareness and Freedom:

This guided meditation session focuses on building a deep, loving relationship with yourself by practicing emotional awareness. It helps you connect to the root of your emotions, uncover hidden layers, and expand your consciousness.


You'll be guided through a journey of breathwork, body awareness, and emotional exploration. Through visualization and introspection, you'll learn to observe your emotions without judgment, understand their origins, and embrace them with unconditional love. This session concludes with journaling questions for self-reflection and integration of insights gained during the meditation.
