A remedy for anxiety is finding spaciousness and relief within. This meditation will help to guide you to experience that. You will experience relief in the body and mind. This practice also guides you to embrace those who are feeling just like you and extend love and compassion to yourself and them. We are together on this journey and you are not alone.
I share a personal story of a recent panic attack and how this exact practice helped. This practice is called Tonglen, found in Tibetan Buddhism. It is a meditation practice of giving and receiving introduced to the west by Pema Chodron. Informative video available below.
