In this episode of the podcast, I will be sharing with my listeners the less glamorous aspects of weight loss. While enduring a weight loss journey gave me a boost in confidence and generally a better quality of life, it also resulted in some unintended psychological consequences, including an increasingly obsessive relationship with food and a hyper-awareness of my body image. This episode will explore the relationship between weight loss and mental health.
