On June 7th 1992, the body of 18 year old Katie Rackliff was found in a street in Farnborough, England. Katie had been stabbed over 27 times and the police started looking for her killer, an individual they profiled to be an adult male due to the violent overkill that Katie suffered.  The case remained unsolved until another girl was attacked on June 7th 1994, exactly two years to the day Katie was killed.
