Today I speak about what I feel be to the ingredients or elements in sticking to a project. For an INFP or ENFP sticking to a project long term can be so hard. We lose interest so fast, we feel energized when we have new ideas and are in the "newness" of an experience. Over time, if we get bored or don't have enough variety in our lives we can begin to feel fatigued, lacklustre and resentful.
So how do we remain "on" when it comes to a project? Well I feel there at least 5 ingredients. In this episode I just quickly touch on each of these, but might flesh them out in future episodes, especially around how to tap into or cultivate each of the ingredients.
