Joshua Rabinowitz was recently named Chief Executive Officer for MountChor Technologies Inc. Mr. Rabinowitz has set goals for the company to bring high impact innovation to the mission needs of our Federal Government, and thus helping to solve some of the nation’s most difficult challenges. Mountchor Technologies is executing a strategic expansion into the Cybersecurity, Cloud, Global Networking, and IT consulting domains whilst positioning the company as a provider of innovative solutions with customers in civilian, defense, intelligence and commercial markets. Mountchor Technologies has a fun and inventive culture with exceptional employees who are obsessed with ingenuity, learning, and driven to serve the mission of the USA and American Citizens.
Prior to leading Mountchor Technologies, Mr. Rabinowitz severed as Senior Director and Chief Engineer for Perspecta. His departure capped an illustrious 20-year-career from Perspecta (and its legacy companies). He rose to a role as Senior Director and Chief Engineer in 2017, after a short stint (2014-2016) as a Federal Account executive where he led and supported over $250 million in new business. For nearly 14 years prior to that, he was a Program Manager, Architect, Engineer, and Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert supporting many departments and Agencies throughout the Federal Government, DOD, and Intel Communities.
Aside from his role as CEO of Mountchor Technologies, Mr. Rabinowitz has a diverse and successful background investing and owning rental homes in 4 states, creating a Non-Profit called Magna Virtus with a mission to improve humankind through supporting local and global initiatives, and building a Horse Boarding business (known as Poplar Ford Farm), boarding nearly 40 horses adjacent to the Manassas National Battlefield Park (Bull Run) with over 25 Miles of Horse trails available. Additionally, he raises chickens for eggs & bees for honey while actively pursuing expansion and cultivation of additional farming activities.
Mr. Rabinowitz earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Sloan Management School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, minor in Computer Science, from the State University of New York (SUNY) Geneseo, along with numerous top industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP, PMP. Mr. Rabinowitz is a husband and father to three wonderful children (3 under 3 years of age) and a Great Dane puppy.
