In this brand new podcast by The LLF, we’ll be exploring the impact and importance of organ, eye, and tissue donation, told by the people who have experienced it first-hand. We’ll be sharing diverse voices, from transplant recipients to living donors to donor family members to medical professionals. We hope that through each of their unique stories, you’ll learn a little bit more about donation and be able to reflect on what that heart on your driver’s license really means. Because at the end of the day, organ donor is not just a box you check; it means infinite hope.

In this episode of the Infinite Hope podcast, we are joined by Meghan Smith, a Donate Life Ambassador who received a life-saving liver transplant from a living donor. She tells us about her transplant journey; from getting sick with a mysterious illness, to dealing with the medical system, and finally recovering from a transplant in the middle of a pandemic! She is an enthusiastic advocate and a tremendous example of the impact organ donation can have. Listen now to hear her story and follow her on Instagram @meghanmakingmoves for updates.
