Athena received the incredible gift of a heart transplant at just nine weeks old and, almost 30 years later, she is living her best life! We hear from her mother, Cathy, about the trials of taking care of a newborn baby in need of an organ transplant as well as Athena's story of growing up as a transplant recipient.
