Dr Melissa Marot is a consultant organisational psychologist and neuropsychologist with a keen interest in the neurosciences. She has a specialist interest in well-being and performance at work. She has many years’ experience working with people and organisations, including Emergency Services, Defence, United Nations, Search and Rescue, International Disaster Recovery and Police.
