Hello! 

As always I am extremely thankful for each and everyone of you for lending me your ears time after time and I am extremely thankful for your patience while I establish my discipline and create a more consistent schedule for this. I wanted to give a gentle reminder to get out of that head and focus more on the beautiful gift of this present moment.... We cannot change the past and we cannot be in complete control of our future however we do have the ability to be in control of our present self which ultimately can alter our future (for the better), we are In complete control of our own destiny.
