Mutton Bone Broth is filled with nutrients to regain strength after an infection and has been used in southern parts of India for a very long time now. Spice Powder Mix. Mutton bones- 500 grams. star-anise- 5-6. Cinnamon- One Stick. Cardamom-5-6. Corriander Seeds- 1 Tablespoon. Cumin Seeds- 1 teaspoon. Cloves-5-6. Dry red chillies- 3-4. Peppercorns-10-15. one small onion chopped or 5-6 shallots. Garlic- 3-4 cloves. One small tomato
