Robert Kluijver's on ground experience in Afghanistan

Mr. Robert Kluijver has spent more than a decade in Afghanistan working for the United Nations and currently teaching at the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po. France. In this  episode he talks about the current political state of Afghanistan, his on ground experiences, especially the elections. What could be the the best way for the international community to engage with the current dispensation;  the dire condition of women; what the global community can do and how? How the Afghans are adapting and addressing the Taliban regime all over again? What state-building activities should be carried out by Taliban leadership? How can the UN play an effective role in the post conflict reconstruction and peace -building activities in Afghanistan? Including Taliban's destructive cultural practices.
