Today I interviewed Erica Ballard who is a spiritual teacher and a life coach. Erica has been described as "a beautiful blend of high performance habits, growth mindset, and woo woo." She has a MS from Tufts University School of Medicine and a BA in Journalism from Indiana University. Erica has certifications in everything from ThetaHealing and Reiki to NLP and health coaching. She spent 15+ years in the public health sector working. She coached for almost a decade now, first in health and, now, in mindfulness and spirituality. Erica has been featured in Forbes, Women’s Health, WTHR Indy and among other media.
