E5 Touch

Three decades of developing my sense of touch makes for a very interesting journey. In this episode I share how I was trained to use touch professionally. I give my take on the role and the importance of touch during an Alexander Technique lesson. I explain how I use touch during a craniosacral session to sense and release fascia restrictions and I how I work with animals. Last but not least I share what I feel through my hands in a Reflex Inhibition session.

My name is Elke Mastwijk I have a busy private practice in the town of Breda in the Netherlands. I work as a CranioSacral Therapist, Reflex Inhibition Therapist and I also teach the Alexander Technique.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Rebecca Gwynn-Jones for her valuable contribution and input and to my partner Gijs Graafmans for the music and the editing.
