
I’ve been ashamed of my past, anxious about my future, and absent in the present. I’ve had unhealthy, but also healthy views of these three states of being, and I’m sure you have too.
In my experience, living in the moment is the best place to be. I’m aware, I’m mindful, and I’m fully present - present with the people I love, and present to experience the world as it is.
It’s cliché, but the present is truly all there is. Don’t feed the past and future fictions led by your mind. You deserve happiness and peace, now. Let’s get into it.
