Comparison can ruin moments of joy because someone else arguably has more or has better. We may find ourselves ruminating on our faults and flaws, feeling unworthy and not enough. Comparison can surely undermine our self-esteem, but when healthy, it can be a source of motivation and inspiration. We’re determined to improve ourselves. It gives us direction and purpose.
When you stop the toxic comparing, measuring, and overthinking, and you start accepting, reflecting, and forgiving…you start true healing.
With love, Vivi
