The hosts endeavour to capture unique stories from a unique and influential migrant culture which includes music, art, martial arts, health and fitness and all along a broad range of interests. Indeed there is a vibrant and eclectic tale to be told - in the Spectrum of Roots. The show is hosted by Reality Souljah, a veteran roots reggae artist, producer and musician, and Ize Redd, musician, artist and videographer. Both as individual artists as well as collaborators in the guise of Garvey's Ghost, their message is one of positivity and, of course, having a laugh.
