Lee Taft (The Speed Guy) is a renowned speed coach and educator. Lee has created multiple certifications for speed and agility coaches including the CSAC Certified Speed and Agility Coach and as well as sport specific certifications for basketball and tennis. Lee has a history as a coach and physical education teacher. Lee earned his Master's of Sport Science in Sport Coaching from the United States Sports Academy and has also gone through a biomechanics fellowship known as the GIFT program through the Gray Institute.
