First Qatari Woman To Complete a Full-Distance Triathlon

Lulwa Al Marri needs no elaborate introduction any longer, especially in #Qatar, as this amazing lady has managed to carve a niche for herself, while further enhancing Qatar's rightful place among the comity of nations in the sporting world through her spectacular feats achieved in so short a time.

Lulwa, who became the first ever Qatari woman to complete a full-distance triathlon when she crossed the Ironman Hamburg finish line in August 2021, is not resting on her oars anytime soon.

The "Ironlady", who won the silver medal at the QOC Ultimate Race 2022 held last March as the only female Qatari participant in the competition which involved over 175 athletes from different parts of the world, has her eyes firmly set on booking her place in the history books.
