Ashley Beard joins In the Calm. Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), AD/HD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Not only is she an amazing professional, but she is also my family! Through the years, I have been able to see her impact first hand and am so excited to have her on the show!

In this episode we dive into neurodivergence. What neurodivergence is, and how we can set our neurodivergence selves and our children up for success. As mental health needs rise it’s empowering to have the conversations, tools, and resources to help not only ourselves as adults but also to be more informed with helping our children as well. Ashley’s holistic approach offers an inspiring and accessible perspective to mental health and wellness.
