Episode 242 - "The Shallows: What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains" - a Book Review

This idea (a question from my husband) reminded me of the book "The Shallows" and the impact the internet has had on learning, cognition, attention, deep thinking, etc.

So, here's part 1 of the series, which will dive deeper into these ideas.
