While at school, Flora Beverley exercised for the wrong reasons and developed an eating disorder. It floored her emotionally and took its toll on everything in her life. Her friends, family, school and sports.
She was unhappy, had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, and she finally burned out. But she eventually discovered how strong, powerful and capable sport made her feel and so her love affair with running began.
