Every speaker has a story to tell and something to share: How they got started, why they chose the specific niche and lessons they've learned along the way. Join me, Tsitsi Mutendi as I interview professional members about their personal journey in the professional speaking world, and how PSASA played a part in their career growth. As part of the “Speaking as a Business” series that airs twice a month, I host guests who speak on creating a speaking business, managing expectations and the 101 on what to do to build your speaking business.

In My Own Words with Charlotte Kemp: “What does your future look like?”

Charlotte Kemp is the Deputy President of PSASA. Charlotte has started 3 businesses and been through her fair share of highs and lows, but she has never let failure deter her.

From her experience and learnings, Charlotte was able to create the Futurist Framework. Not the type you go to for the lotto number; rather it is a model of a Map + Compass + Guide, which are various tools Charlotte uses to help you plot out the future better.

This podcast is hosted by Charles Hsuan.
