A gentle reminder – you are doing enough right now. Enough teaching your kids. Enough cooking. Enough cleaning. Enough working. Enough doing. Please make sure you slow down, rest, enjoy. This time as weird and as challenging as it may be a gentle reminder that you deserve to slow down, to get some much needed and long over due rest.
How will you find ways to rest this week?
I am hoping for some time in our hammock, a social distance visit with a friend and hopefully some painting. All ways I’ve found to slow down and just be.
