Oh! Episode 15 what a treat. Earlier this year I took Logan’s 2 week Ayurveda Spring Cleanse and it was SO SO GOOD! I was looking forward to talking to her to learn more about her practice and learn more about Ayurveda. Logan dropped so much good stuff in this episode. If you are looking for a way to learn about nourishing your self I’d definitely give her a follow to be part of her next cleanse. It was the first time I’ve done a cleanse that felt so gentle and nourishing! A game changer for sure.
