Rob Baxter spent 14 years as a player at Exeter, with 10 years as Captain, before taking over as lead coach in 2009. Rob’s discusses his journey as a coach and coaching ethos with Exeter, who he coached to promotion from the Championship in his first season, and to winning the English Premiership title in 2016/17 and 2019/20 and the prestigious European Rugby Champions Cup in 2019/20. Rob has also coached with England Rugby and The Barbarians, and was awarded an OBE for services to rugby in 2021. https://www.exeterchiefs.co.uk
