My guest on this episode is the wonderful barber Tom Chapman. Tom is also an author, public speaker and charity founder.
He talks to me about his upbringing, playing music, training to be a hairdresser then becoming a barber.
Following the sad, sudden death of a close friend he founded the super successful charity Lions Barber Collective, where they train barbers ( and now hairdressers too) to recognise mental health issues in clients and aid in the prevention of suicide.
