EP028: After I had a weekend of being patronized and belittled by an insecure man, my best friend Emily gave me the BEST advice that I wanted her to share on the podcast. I grew up thinking that men were better than women (gross, I know) in a very patriarchal environment. This is why I am so passionate about empowering women now, because I was absolutely NOT empowered. Sometimes I slip back into that mindset, and when I do, it's important I have tools to lean back on and remember in those moments. Emily is that person in my life who reminds me of the power I truly hold, and I am so excited for you to hear what she has to say on this week's episode!
