In this episode which is all about finding wellness through food, I am joined by the lovely Ashiya who is a nutritional therapist and founder of Tayyib Wellness. I discovered her account on Instagram 3 years ago and thought it was a wonderful resource for Muslimas looking to learn about health and wellness. 


You’ll first hear Ashiya explain how she got in nutritional therapy and what it is about. We then share our health journeys and the impact it had on our faith, the importance of discipline yet being kind to yourself when setting new habits and finally some tips to build yourself a balanced eating routine.
