What is important to do for yourself in order to develop and grow spiritually? Where to start and what goals to set at the beginning of this journey? Friends, we are delighted to present a short film about the Mini-Retreat "Imram Kriya". In the video Imram answers these above questions, explains what it means to "live in the Kriya style," and discusses the value of group work. Participants of the Mini-Retreat share their feelings and results after practicing with Master and the group. For those who have not yet attended the retreat, this film will serve as guidance from Master and motivation to start practicing. For retreat participants it is an inspiring support and reminder of why we practice Kriya.
