Even though people of color are on the front lines of the climate crisis, they are often discouraged from becoming part of the solution. Youth climate advocate Kristy Drutman’s popular multimedia platform Browngirl Green educates and uplifts diverse voices in the environmental space. Kristy is also the founder of Green Jobs Board, an online recruitment platform for equity and inclusion within the green economy.
