In today’s episode, we spotlight Journey to Dream, an organization dedicated to helping teens navigate life's toughest challenges. In 2004 Journey to Dream set out on a mission dedicated to supporting, mentoring, and equipping, at-risk, victimized, and homeless teens to overcome adversity and homelessness through education, practical life skills, and experiences, enabling them to function as self-sufficient, productive adults.
