Joy Lan is new to Canada and a newcomer to our church family. At a recent church supper she shared her story of growing up in China, motivated by a desire to achieve, only to find life missing something. When she was in university, she met a group of young adult Christians from Hong Kong who loved her and shared the Gospel with her and helped her discover what she was missing. We hope you’re encouraged by Joy’s story of coming to faith in Christ and experiencing His love at Immanuel.
