Episode 10 - Impactful Management Research, Professor Len Treviño

In this episode, Dr. Patricion Duran, Assistant Professor in International Business at the Saint Louis University, interviews Professor Len Treviño, SBA Communications Distinguished Professor in International Business and IB Program Director at Florida Atlantic University. Len received his MBA and Ph.D. in International Business from Indiana University and, currently, he is the President of the Ibero-American Academy of Management.

In this insightful interview, Professors Len Treviño and Patricio Duran discuss the impact of management research from a cross-cultural analysis of Covid-19 to power and diversity in the academy. It is a great discussion on how management research can inform public policy and the processes of article's authorship and endowment position selection and their implications for young and senior scholars, and diversity in management schools. Len also talks about the Ibero-American Academy of Management (IAAM) and how scholars that do research and teaching in Ibero-America can contribute and engage in the IAAM.

Enjoy the show!
