Melissa helps to bridge the gap between parents and teachers in this candid podcast, by letting you know you needn’t have the knowledge of a teacher to get the best out of your child, so they can excel in education in their own special way. As a qualified Youth Worker Melissa also shares her personal journey about having postnatal depression after giving birth to her daughter as well as failing first time round to make the grade before qualifying as a teacher.

In this inspirational story about Melissa's life from teaching to mummy life we also touched on young people and mental health during the covid-19 pandemic to cyber bullying, in the hope that you have the resources you need to safeguard your children and maintain your own well-being.
