If you thought my health journey was miraculous, wait till you hear this one. I have the honor of interviewing Brian Kong who is the Co-Founder of Yin Yang Wellness Retreats, owner of the stem cell company Human wellness center, yoga teacher, father, and ex-monk.

This conversation is truly special because Brian is the first person I’ve talked to that has also gone through a crazy health journey that led to an even deeper spiritual awakening and purpose for life. He really understands what it’s like to be gaslighted by doctors, have no one around you believe what you’re experiencing and how painful it is to navigate that.

From being poisoned by someone close to him, to not being able to sleep for a year and blacking out constantly, to having a spiritual awakening on Easter Day, and then choosing to alchemize all of this pain into purpose - his story really is inspiring. Find out how he healed from a debilitating illness, and what techniques he used that helped promote healing within him - mind body, and spirit.
