You ever found yourself feeling so down about life out of nowhere. It seems as of life is only going to continue to get worst as the days keep going by. Begin feeling like where are my loved ones , why is this happening to me , and i feel like quitting life. Q goes on to share that we as people need to stop waiting for these feelings to seek help. We should take the time throughout the year to take moments a debrief from traumas we have experienced. Even take the time to check on people more regularly , so they can have the opportunity to heal before they sink.
