Today I want to talk about your mindset. More particularly, the mindset that so many of us have… that we think is helping us, but is really a CRUTCH that is preventing you from prospering. And that is the “perfection” or “perfectionist” mindset. Have you ever told yourself (or someone else), you know, “Well.. I got started on this project and it’s going to be amazing but honestly… I’m a perfectionist so I’m just waiting on everything to be exactly how I want it.. to be perfect” before I put it out there.” If you’ve ever said something similar to that statement, I’m here to unfortunately burst your little bubble and let you know that you are the problem. You are the reason you are further in your goals and the sooner you realize there is no such thing as “perfectionism”… the better off you’ll be.
