On episode three we have Ollie Thompson, a Personal Trainer originally from Norwich but currently operating out of SIX3NINE, a private fitness facility in central London.
Ollie's path to PT was a little different to most, he studied business and entrepreneurship at Bristol University and used the knowledge and skills that he leant there to help him in the fitness industry.
We talk about some of the most important skills when starting out and what a 'normal' day can look like for a personal trainer compared to what we both expected.
