Well, No! That's all garbage.
In this episode we're going to explain what a breakfast (and any meal) should do for you. And then, I'm going to surprise you with the perfect breakfast. It's NOT going to be what you think. But I'll explain why it is and why you should just try this breakfast... and see what happens to you, your digestion, and your weight.
