I'm excited to announce that the second guest for this series is the hugely successful, Charlie Green, who is the Co-Founder of The Office Group. The Office Group provides over 50 design-led workspaces across the UK and Germany. Charlie and Olly have spent the past 17 years creating a business that is focused on design and it was amazing to hear more about the business side.

It was incredible to hear how much time, effort and hard graft goes into building such a vast business. Often, we see the finished result and we can be fooled into thinking it's been easy - especially in this Instagram world!
