Bill Koul is an author, philosopher, columnist, editor and engineer. He hails from Srinagar but is now based in Australia. He has authored a number of books with his latest due to be released this October: “The Exiled Pandits of Kashmir – Will they return Home?” which aims to look at Kashmiri Pandits with relation to their history and culture.
