Let's say that you're a baby. A cute one for sure! And a fairy drops by to grant you a gift. And that gift is to be obedient to everything that you are ordered to do. That's not... do you really have to take that gift? Well... it's either that or become a squirrel! Looks like obedience it is!
Semien Abay (@semienabay) returns to Ideal Remake to let Sam know exactly how different this movie is from the book, and together we find a way to make the book into a more faithful adaptation. We laugh, we cry, we learn that the gift of obedience sounds AWFUL.
