We spend a good chunk of time chatting about Cal Scruby’s new album, While You Were Sleeping, before Keezie introduces Ends to the world of K-Pop. Keezie’s daughters have become huge K-Pop fans over the last few months, leading him to be engrossed in the world as well. He explains the phenomenon of BTS and Dynamite, and plays Ends a song called Easy by the Stray Kids which gets a monster bash all around, and also leads to a neat discussion about pop music in general.
Moving on to games, we discuss Control, hype up Marvel’s: The Avengers, and Ends tells us about the new Last of Us 2 update. Episode #96 – A Casualty of War – ft. King Dice
This episode we are joined by King Dice! He is a rapper/producer/mentor and we brought him in to help us navigate the treacherous waters of today’s climate, regarding the protests, cops, and #BLM. We spend a good chunk of the show discussing these issues, and Dice offers us his perspective as a black man in America.
After we chop it up for a while regarding these serious issues, we lighten things up as Dice sticks around to help us raise the bars, and participates in our throwback spotlight discussion of The Life of David Gale. He suggests that we should watch Detroit (2017) for our next movie, to gain some perspective about police brutality.
Make sure you check out King Dice’s music videos, which can be found on his site KingDiceSays.com, and also peep his site JooseBoxx.com for more dopeness! and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel and hit the bell to get notified when we go live!

Keeping things tight, we dive right into Raise the Bars. For some reason Ends’ audio does have a weird echo effect (again) which persists throughout RTB and Throwback, so sorry about that.

We move on to discuss The Wedding Singer for our throwback spotlight, which was a real treat! Keezie recommends The Life of David Gale for the next episode. We then wrap things up with a quick chat about VR gaming.
