On today's show I am joined by Ger McTavish. Ger is the only National Diversity & Inclusion Officer with an NGB in the world; working with the Gaelic Athletic Association in Ireland. She has had an interesting career to date in the sports industry working as the Club Development Coordinator with Special Olympics Ireland, Club Development Manager with the Irish Athletic Boxing Association (IABA) and as a Gaelic Games Development Officer with Dublin GAA. Ger is also heavily involved as a Sport Scientist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Performance Coach and Health & Wellbeing advocate.
