On today’s show I am joined by Naadrah Hafeez. Naadrah is a Master of Research student at Leeds Beckett University where she is researching the impact of the ICOACHKIDS Massive Open Online Courses on coaches knowledge and self-efficacy. She is also a graduate of the BSc Sports Coaching Degree at Leeds Beckett where she graduated with first class honours. Naadrah is a Boxing coach working with children aged 8-16 and with adult female athletes and she is a qualified personal trainer. On today’s episode Naadrah discusses her coaching background and influences, why it’s important to have more women coaches across all sports, especially boxing, the importance of having allies and advocates for women in sport coaching and much more.
