Most importantly, Fredrik explained how to motivate and train his people. Not just on technology but on being the best engaging salespeople you have ever met. Fredrik personally makes 50-100 store visits a year but not just as the CEO to meet & greet but to also restock the store shelves and to sell items to customers just like any other salesperson. Fredrik shares all and he's a role model for many other leaders to follow in retail.
