Trine begins by sharing her experience being a part of the original remote work culture of Cisco with their 2010 purchase of Tandberg, the world's leading video conferencing provider, and how since 2010 the technology has improved. Trine also shares what it takes to make remote video conferencing seamless so that it feels like you're in the same room just like before the COVID situation. Trine also shares her wisdom on how she improved the culture amongst her employees at Cisco Norway through the use of video conferencing. Most importantly, she shares how to increase trust amongst co-workers by implementing daily video yoga, wine tasting, and including families and friends into the live video conferencing. All these actions have led to a transformation at Cisco that proves their technology combined with great leadership can help any company to proper post-COVID.
